....if you play the Horn Moon EP backwards it will unscramble eggs.

 Part 1

Many of these tracks are inspired by or based upon local legend/lore. But before you jump to any conclusions, more often than not, woven into one song may be two or three different concepts. Furthermore a single story is often times spread across two or three different songs.  They are the tales of the Underbelly.  Stories relegated to a place even camp-fire tales dare not venture.  The storyteller is charged with a greater task than to simply entertain his audience, he preserves and passes along pieces of history that would otherwise be lost in time.  One might argue somethings are better left unspoken, often times its these things which are most potent. Within us all there are certain pieces of ourselves & history, that while buried and forgotten, continue to shape and influence who we are.  This can be said of our community, our culture, our country and our species.

-Tim

"Throughout human history, as our species has faced the frightening, terrorizing fact that we do not know who we are, or where we are going in this ocean of chaos, it has been the authorities — the political, the religious, the educational authorities — who attempted to comfort us by giving us order, rules, regulations, informing — forming in our minds — their view of reality. To think for yourself you must question authority and learn how to put yourself in a state of vulnerable open-mindedness, chaotic, confused vulnerability to inform yourself." - Dr. Timothy Leary

" Truth is stranger than fiction, but it is because Fiction is obliged to stick to possibilities; Truth isn't." - Mark Twain
